It didn't work. Composer instance wan't created. Please emphasize that API should be enabled after being disabled. And when api is enabled, if environment can't be initialized, it'll cause a lot inconvenience.

Cloud Composer Environment versions are not correct by default and it is not guided in the course. It takes lot of time for Environment creation job to fail and also deletion of the failed environment is also time consuming. Very much disappointing
