It took more than 30 minutes of wait time and upon creating the Environment "highcpu", it had an error - "cannot connect to airflow ..."

While trying to create the Composer Environment, it took about 45 minutes before it failed out and didn't create the environment. I tried to delete and recreate so I could proceed but deleting the broken environment is also taking forever. Due to this, I was unable to complete the course. cloud composer instances did not even get created .. all the time i was just waiting for them to start up..
