The composer instance didn't spin up after over 40 minutes. I gave up and ended the lab. I had a similar issue with datafusion lab yesterday. Very disappointed

Seriously, Composer has failed to start 3 times now due to a logged issue. Tried doing this test 2 days ago and it wasn't working, tried again and it still isn't working. This is not the training programs fault, but it does not inspire confidence in GCP. I'm sure maintaining a complex cloud service is difficult, but this is a re-occurring issue now

Failed to create the highcpu environment after about 40 minutes. Couldn't delete it while it was spinning. Created a different environment called highcpu2 in a different region, which worked. But my progress checks failed, I guess because the name was different. Ran out of time.
