The composer would not start and ended with an error - it would also have been worth mentioning that the provisioning would take 25 minutes anyway...

Could not provision the Composer environment. Second lab in which I can't provision a Composer environment, it just times out after roughly an hour of wait :/

CREATE operation on this environment failed 1 minute ago with the following error message: Http error status code: 400 Http error message: BAD REQUEST Errors in: [Web server]; Error messages: Creation of airflow web server version failed. This may be an intermittent issue of the App Engine service. You may retry the operation later. {"ResourceType":"appengine.v1.version","ResourceErrorCode":"504","ResourceErrorMessage":"Timed out waiting for the flex deployment to become network provisioned."}

The lab did not function properly. Support said "As i have checked this there was an ongoing issue in the lab because of which you are facing this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you currently the lab is updating we request you to please perform this lab after some time till then all the issues will be resolved. For now you can end this lab and perform other labs." I tried three more times and faced the same issue. FINALLY Jitendra Chouhan fixed my issue (2105200)
