i can't complete this lab because cloud composer environment could not be create even though i follow all the instructions. this is my 6th attempt to finish this lab. it is taking too much time to create the composer environment, please help me to resolve this issue

どうしてAPI を再度有効にする必要があるかわかりませんでした。composer API が有効である状態は信頼ならないということでしょうか？ そのステップを除いて行ったら構築できませんでした。
