Cloud Composer environment does not start. The lab did not function properly. Support said "As i have checked this there was an ongoing issue in the lab because of which you are facing this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you currently the lab is updating we request you to please perform this lab after some time till then all the issues will be resolved. For now you can end this lab and perform other labs."

Creation of Cloud Composer environment took 59 minutes (instead of 10-15 minutes as written in the instructions) and the result was failure. I couldn't get my actions complete on time in this lab.
