This is the second time I attempt the lab. After an hour, composer instance creation failed both times with the following error: CREATE operation on this environment failed 2 minutes ago with the following error message: Http error status code: 400 Http error message: BAD REQUEST Errors in: [Web server]; Error messages: Creation of airflow web server version failed. This may be an intermittent issue of the App Engine service. You may retry the operation later. {"ResourceType":"appengine.v1.version","ResourceErrorCode":"504","ResourceErrorMessage":"Your deployment has failed to become healthy in the allotted time and therefore was rolled back.
