Why am I instructed to turn API's off and immediately on again at the start? Is the GCP platform unreliable in not really 'enabled' when showing enabled? I am supposed to do this in production too?

It isa bit better than most labs in this course but it is still not sufficient for one to really understand how the GCP composer works and how to use it.

Composer Environment didn't trigger and I was not able to do anything in the lab. Please get this reviewed. It worked the second time and this time is was good....I believe you need to add about adding the SA of project while composer creation
