Wrong info is give in the Lab. There is no jupyter notebook appearing after Cluster created

The cluster did not have the option to open the Jupyter Notebook under "web interfaces". I even restarted the whole process two times, and ensured I ticked enable connections and ticked the box for jupyter notebook and it still did not show up.
