new to spark, hadoop and hdfs, jupyter and pretty much all that, but.... I tihnk I was able to both follow, understand and learn most. Encountered two issues 1) I tried to generate the dataproc instance on a region close to me - this failed by provisioning. Deleted that and re-created the way the lab wanted me to. 2) missed out the step copying the .png to local so first made a work-around to use gsutil cp to dump the file over- then saw the code I had missed. There are more ways to skin a cat, and it is the problems and work-arounds that you learn more from than from copy-paste the text.
