Step 1 under Check Project Permissions. Says to go to " IAM & Admin > IAM." But the IAM option is under "Access" in the menu. Log in to the Jupyter Notebook Step 3 > It says you can see the folder "/notebooks/jupyter" but closest one I found is "/GCS" which has the 01+spark.ipynb file in it.
