Please update the instruction for loading data form GCS. There is an error: cannot load json from google cloud storage (gs://data-insights-course/labs/optimizing-for-performance/shopping_cart.json)

The GCS buckets which has json files to be loaded to BigQuery tables are not accessible from BigQuery. Seems BigQuery UI has been updated it is taking US as default location. That might me the possible reason for this issue. Kindly check.
