Can't create table on bi query dataset because of a wrong path inside cloud storage (missing bucket, and when i create bucket in google cloud storage i can't upload any public dataset file), JSON Google Cloud Storage

Thank you for helping. The json file name has to be entered without "gs://".

gs://data-insights-course/labs/optimizing-for-performance/shopping_cart.json does not exist. Tried to restart the Lab several times. Now I ran out of my quota for this lab.
