google storage bucket data-insights-course does not exist, so I can't create table from it!

I was unable to lead the last json file into the race_results table in BigQuery. There didn't appear to be a bucket available at the location that was listed. I had to finish the course by reading the information but I couldn't complete the last progress check since I couldn't complete the exercise.
