Did not work from september. Contacted support several times, all that was offered during this time was to wait... It's exactly what you'd expect from a multi-billion dollar corporation.

after weeks still not possible to do (did never start so far), just a carrot preventing block (beginners certificate after 5 courses); would fix or warn before approaching attempt, costs lab credits, this should be enough for a reason
