2nd attempt: the same issues, going strictly by guide but get an error in last step of migration job, when choosing Define connectivity method, even when method is added, test job is failing with: ```Incorrect Service Networking config for instance: qwiklabs-gcp-01-ce3bda8682b8:mysql-cloudsql:NETWORK_NOT_PEERED``` also Service Networking API is not started from lab start, and I have a message to switch on it when clicking VPC peering connection in migration job, next page is glitching and even when I switch on API service, page is still with "retry" button, and need to re-enter to migration job page from new tab..
