can't get AWS access key ans secret key. You can't scroll all the way down to get the data

Somehow this command ip allow list not worked as expected aws ec2 authorize-security-group-ingress \ --group-id sg-041e9b08ed63197ae \ --protocol tcp \ --port 3306 \ --cidr 35.192.184.62/32 Got below error An error occurred (AuthFailure) when calling the AuthorizeSecurityGroupIngress operation: Authorization header or parameters are not formatted correctly. Even I tried copied from AWS documentation command still same error, No idea what was the issue 1] first mistake was while configure aws , empty string was passed when I copied AWS Access Key ID , recreated working fine 2] when we have two outgoing ip addresses we have to allow both ip addresses , ran two time for each IP address this was fixed another issue
