Migration job never finishes, waiting for source writes to stop. Logs show: Migration job rds-to-cloudsql status changed from STOPPING to STOPPED, WAITING_FOR_SOURCE_WRITES_TO_STOP. On second attempt, it took more than half an hour for the migration job to complete.
