The postgres-orders SQL instance still does not contain orders database

UPDATE- STILL NOT FIXED. wasted time. I again created the database orders and the table distribution_centers. And it did not help. How long will you fix that...

Looks like there is some issue with lab. On the second step receiving an error "connection to server at "34.28.30.15", port 5432 failed: FATAL: database "orders" does not exist"

Need to fix the preallocated resources. The DB which is the center of this lab does not exists or no schema provided to create the required table. This lab is faulty, please review.

Tried again after some time, but still getting the same error FATAL: database "orders" does not exist! How do I overcome this?

Error !!! Many complain. Read other ratings. Again another lab (3rd) , that have problems. Hell. I emailed you via gmail to customer support. Pls fix. Wasted time
