On the section where you've to modify, the file with the nano, doesn't said you have to do it on the SSH, instance of it specify you have to do it on the cloud shell

Second Attempt: Still having technical issues, changes are not saving and the lab is broken. Technical issues, could not finish. Every time I saved a change on migration it took several minutes per step or just did not work at all.
