Something wrong with the configuration or some steps. I should try again. Attempt 2: Realized that the creation of trigger need a service account and there are no instructions to create one. Attempt 3: There is a problem in Lab in Task 4. Support team to come back with a resolution. Attempt 4: Issue fixed by support team and it worked as intended.
