I was told my vm instances were unavailable when I tried creating my utility vm and couldn't see the other vms in their different subnets.

no instance-group-1 and instance-group-2 created initialy by the lab When I tried to create both manually I got ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED error code for us-central1 Impossible to finish the lab !

Lab vm instances were not created. Looks like an issue within GCP where instances are not available. Consider a different region

Step 3, instances weren't created. Not able to continue. EDIT: tried again skipping executing the start-up scripts on non-existent VMs. Was unable to create instances in the specified regions/zones provided. Fix this
