It would have been interesting to explain why it seemed possible to set up a Network load balancer with a proxy and external access configuration. I thought that Network Load balancers were not proxy LB and were dedicated to internal load balancing, among internar Google Cloud resources (i.e. the backends of a 3-layer website).
