SSH broken - oslogin needs to be disabled

Even though I was able to complete the lab, the end result is a failure. Traffic to instance group 2 is unhealthy in the load balancer, curl to instance group 2 from utility-vm is also failing. I tried adding both the subnets to utility-vm but it still did not work, so not sure what is wrong
