Configure an Internal Network Load Balancer Reviews

Issue is repeating. I am unable to SSH to the both VM instances which were created automatically as part of the this lab's provision resource. Even restarted the VM by going to instance groups in compute since it is linked to groups. But that also not worked. Please review this issue.
