Configure an Application Load Balancer with Autoscaling Reviews

Could not get the last check to Pass. All previous checks passed, so I assume that the creation until the load balancer was right. But the service groups never showed a healthy state. I deleted all the resources created and tried again, with the same result. Tried some debugging with the firewall rules but no change. I couldn't get the last check to pass. The feedback from the check was that the load test was not run. However the load test did run, but the load balancer could not distribute the requests as no target was healthy. Tried to whole 2 hours to get them healthy with help and no chance. Tried it a second time and found out that the ssh connection to the VM could never be established, therefore the webserver was installed on the gcloud console and not the vm. The check did not catch that. However I can't connect to any vm instance via ssh since the last two day's
