Third attempt now, keep getting the following error when attempting to create the stress-test vm instance: The zone 'projects/PROJECT_ID/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later. unable to successfully stress test the load balancer and complete the lab.
