Configure an Application Load Balancer with Autoscaling Reviews

When I create stress test VM, the region only shows the US EAST and Asia EASt. According to the instruction, I need to use one other than these two. But I can't and I think that's probably why I can't get full score even I finished. Also, I don't know why the request doesn't go to Asia backend. I assume the stress test should trigger the traffic to the asia backend.
