project didn't load on first try of this lab. some of the question answers weren't phrased correctly. depending on how the queries are run (in a side tab, for example) the progress check didn't work

part 10 is un answerable "Cloud Storage has 17 charges costing more than 62 dollar." but should be "Cloud Storage has 62 charges costing more than 1 dollar."
