Examining Billing data with BigQuery Reviews

The big query table cloud-training-prod-bucket.arch_infra.billing_data was not accessible I received this error Access Denied: Table cloud-training-prod-bucket:arch_infra.billing_data: User does not have permission to query table cloud-training-prod-bucket:arch_infra.billing_data, or perhaps it does not exist.

I did not have access to the rest of the resources for me to explore big query properly. It kept showing the error: Access Denied: Table cloud-training-prod-bucket:arch_infra.billing_data: User does not have permission to query table cloud-training-prod-bucket:arch_infra.billing_data, or perhaps it does not exist.
