I was not able to create a table from the public billing data bucket. I must have missed a step, but no matter how hard I tried, I could not access and load loud-training-prod-bucket.arch_infra.billing_data` I kept getting access denied.

Couldn't even do half the lab. The student account had access denied to the 'cloud-training-prod-bucket.arch_infra.billing_data' table.
