I was confused by the sentence "You now give the entire organization at Altostrat the Compute Engine Admin role" since it didn't appear in the previous, nearly identical step.

The first time I lauched this lab, both users did not have permissions to create bucked (neither user 1 or 2). User 1 (and also user 2) also did not have permissions to assign roles. Once I restarted a new lab, it worked fine and was a good lab
