Since I am using my laptop my screen looks a bit different so when making labs please add both views otherwise it is sometimes difficult to find what to click next.

This is a considerably lengthy laboratory exercise. It would be advantageous to segment it into smaller components, particularly if one is unfamiliar with the Dialogflow CX Web UI.
