I encountered a synchronization issue between the Cloud Console UI and the CLI. After creating a second bucket via gcloud, it did not appear in the Cloud Storage bucket list even after clicking the "Refresh" button multiple times. To resolve this, I had to open a new browser window and navigate back to the bucket list via the breadcrumbs. Only then did the second bucket become visible. It seems there is a significant UI latency or a caching issue with the manual refresh trigger in this lab environment.
