Update the lab, there is no Data Studio option, the option was Looker Studio, for which the instructions did not match. I'm not sure why this lab is a requirement for the SAP on Google course, it does not appear to be a necessary component.

Need instructions or workflow to include adding and starring public datasets. Also, could we have examples of running models based on tables, along with temporary with using WITH clause.
