TensorFlow Dataset API Reviews

HORRIBLE! 1. NOT in my proximal zone of development, as it seems that there was supposed to be one or more labs before this. 2. The "synthetic data generated by the linear function" is contrived and not understandable (instead a very simple real world use case should be used). 3. After completing all of the TODOs the "Check my progress" fails, even after copying the code exactly from the solution file—it continually fails to validate the final progress.
