Sometimes the check does not work. When I do exactly the same thing then I do get a green check.

Able to complete it on the 2nd try, but the 'grader' is very picky. It is looking for the rule "NOT_NULL" in your results table (rule_id) rather than "NOT NULL" as requested in the spec. I found this after trial and error, by manually updating (!) the results table.
