I am going to try again but I could not complete it, trying to enable IAP the mouse just spun, I even tried recreating but finally gave up and will try it from scratch, if this doesn't work I don't know how to move forward.

could not complete it as when got to Restrict access with IAP 14. Return to the Identity-Aware Proxy page and refresh it. You should now see a list of resources you can protect. the app never appears despite many refreshes waste of time
