Using the version ~>7.0 on the source for hashicorp/google later on creates an issue with the version 10.0.0 that you ask for in the vpc definition, because it won't accept versions bigger than 7.0.0. Upgrading the version of the vpc gets you only 10/20 points on that section

The instruction to use version 10.0.0 of the Google Network Terraform module prevents you from completing the lab, because it forces you to install an old Terraform. Then your state file is created with a newer version than the one you are using, and you're blocked. You must use the latest version of the Network module to complete the lab successfully.

the whole thing failed as it didnt have resources to create the instances. these labs are so poor, google should be ashamed that they charge for these.
