There's a bug and it won't let me complete the 6th step, I used the --troubleshoot flag but I don't have any issues, it just won't detect the progress

SSH did work, progress hasn't been added (10/20). After checking IAM settings, allowing TCP connections from specified IPv4 scope and waiting a minute, it finally got accepted.
