The nodejs 20 runtime will be deprecated soon. Perhaps an update to node 22 will work? Additionally, npm install raised a warning that one of the dependencies did not support node 24, which was the version running in Cloud Shell. However, since the build ran in Cloud Build, it did not affect deployment.
