I encountered errors when running the notebook but found the following workaround: 1. Define an environmental variable `NLTK_DATA` as `os.environ["NLTK_DATA"] = "/home/jupyter/nltk_data"` 2. Manually download the following two corpora from NLTK (https://www.nltk.org/nltk_data/) to local and then upload to the NLTK_DATA accordingly: `punkt_tab`, `averaged_perceptron_tagger_eng`.
