I wish we could be working with a model that only took a few minutes to train, not a few hours so that we could actually do tasks 3 and 4.

The lab was monstly a demonstration and had no possibly to try all the steps

Main knowledge gain with the non-optional steps is the data set loading and its analysis. The task 5 and 6 is too abstracted with the use of the script to call the endpoint for predictions. Step 6 is not possible to be executed in the given order with 60 secs.
