Lab seems outdated. Vertex AI does not appear in the Lab GCP environment. I could manage to go to the dataset page but it is saying "Ask your admin to enable required APIs"

takes too long to create the model... so should be able to copy a pretrained model into the model registry so can still do stuff in there
