It's a pity some steps are only a demonstration. I'd rather train the data on a small training dataset and get a poor result but actually try it out by myself

the lab was neat but it took so long to train the model and the work around was a lot of work, it would be better if you could load a model into the training and walk through all the steps on how it was trained
