the qwilab sme token does not work when I tried using the given student email and password. Tried using igcognito and non-incognito, doesn't work also. IF I am using my own email, it does work. I think this is more on authorization from gcp than the browser cookies.

Bearer Token does not work. With own account I get a bearer token but this then does not work in google cloud shell..
