The end was a bit confusing

It feels like a significant portion of value from this lab is lost in Tasks 3 and 4 being "demonstration only", and Task 2 essentially being the same. Because training the model could take a long time, we skip all of this work and only get to read about it. I feel like I learned substantially less from this lab than the others in the course so far. I understand it's probably a good bit of work to make changes to these things, but perhaps a more rudimentary model/dataset/training could be used instead, to reduce the training time and allow for learners to actually participate in the lab. The amount of interaction afforded by this lab, currently, is worth very little.
