Iam not able to enable api and sometimes when iam saving the prompt it is saying there might be internet connection problem and not saving throwing an error

any api and any tools not usable that show enable api but not enable any api and show fix api so i wasted 28 min on that

The Lab time is not enough. The time it takes to train the model is minimum 1 hour. it takes ~10 minutes to login to the lab then another 15 minutes to set it up.
