The training phase is too long, more that one hour

The instructions after step 2 are not easy to follow at all. It doesn't say how to use a pre-built model so I wasn't able to check out the evaluation tools. I was able to do the CLI parts, but it seems like just reading through the instructions for the other steps doesn't prepare me well to do the work myself.
