The lab helps to understand how to deploy a model but it would have been great to have access to the confusion matrix, etc.

too many dry runs. Perhaps training a more simple model in 5 minutes would be better, than starting an 1h training and then doing dry-runs.

Model deployed very slowly, same for model training, you should provide example which is trained much faster.
